Dear LCCA Residents:

 

Below please find information for your use.

• Pool

The pool area is open for use for residents and their guests.  The pool is serviced weekly on Thursday.  Please remember to lock the gate as you leave the  pool area.  Should the pool service need to treat the pool it may be closed for 24 hours, and a sign will be posted.  Please observe the sign and do not use pool until it is reopned.

​

• Landscaping/Lights

If you have any concerns or requests regarding landscaping issues in the common areas that the HOA maintains, please contact   Allen Potter at: 541-821-8846 or Bill Wilburn at: 509-844-2412  and they will work with our landscape crew to address the issue.  If you should notice a burned out perimeter light, please contact Allen or Bill. Please do not try and replace light bulbs, the HOA has a supply of lights for that purpose.

 • Parking/Speed Limit

Please park in garages and/or driveways or in any of the off street parking areas. The speed limit within Las Casitas is 10MPH at all times.

​

Please DO NOT park in the street areas (travel lanes) or encroach on sidewalks, as this may block safe and efficient pedestrian and auto traffic flow and also may be an impediment to emergency vehicles that need to access our homes from time to time.

​

• Exterior Maintenance

Exterior stucco/paint and trim of each unit is the responsibility of each owner.  Please make sure your unit is maintained. A color chart is provided on the website to help you match your stucco repairs to the correct/approved color scheme.

 

• Contact Information Sheet

As we have several new owners and new renters, if you have not done so, please complete the Owner Information Sheet and return to the Board via email at: lccahome@gmail.com Attn: Allen.

This information will allow us to keep our database up to date and to be able to contact owners/renters with important community information from time to time. The Information sheet can be found on the website.

 

• Dog waste

Thank you to the owners/residents that are removing dog waste in/around Las Casitas. Please remember it is your responsibility to remove dog waste from the common areas after walking your pet.

​

• Garbage Receptacles

Please remember that garbage receptacles are to be kept in your garage during the week and only placed on the curb the evening before scheduled pick up.

​
