The Doña Ana County Engineering-Road Department contracted with Lee Engineering to conduct a Corridor Safety Assessment to identify safety issues along the Picacho Hills Drive-Barcelona Road corridor, and to recommend associated mitigation measures.  Two meetings were held with County staff, Lee Engineering staff and Picacho Hills residents, with the promise of a third meeting between County staff and residents. Due to the current situation, a third meeting will not be held; instead the assessment is attached here, in PDF for review and to solicit public input via email.
