Notice of Annual Meeting

February 10, 2026

 

Notice is Hereby Given that, pursuant to the call of the officers, the Las Casitas Condominium Association will hold its regular Annual Meeting of homeowners on Tuesday, February 10, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. at Picacho Hills County Club for the purpose of considering and voting upon the following matters:

 

          1.  Election of Directors to fill a two-year term from 2026 to 2028.  There are         four openings and four nominees:

 

                   Donald Black

                   Megan Boelter

                   Gwenn Everett

                   Toby Kopsa

 

          2.  Any other business that may properly come before the membership.
