Notice of Annual Meeting February 12, 2019
Notice is Hereby Given that, pursuant to the call of the officers, the Las Casitas Condominium
Association will hold its regular Annual Meeting of homeowners on Tuesday, February 12, 2019 at
7:00 p.m. at the Picacho Hills Country Club for the purpose of considering and voting upon the
following matters:

1.   Election of Directors to fill a two year term from 2019 to 2021. There are three openings and
three nominees:
Allen Potter William Wilburn Carla Williiams
2.   Any other business that may properly come before the membership.

If you are unable to attend the February 12th meeting, you must complete the enclosed Proxy,
designating the Board or an Association Member who will be in
